Blindium is a service and trade name operated by BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L., tax ID B83820696. This cookie policy describes the storage and information-access technologies used on the blindium.com website.
What cookies and equivalent technologies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers that a website can store on the user's device or associate with a session. Equivalent technologies, such as localStorage or sessionStorage, can perform similar functions. They may serve technical, security, personalisation, measurement or tracking purposes, depending on the case.
What Blindium currently uses
In the audited technical configuration, Blindium uses only one first-party, strictly necessary cookie named bxsid. No analytics, advertising, remarketing, cross-site tracking or profiling cookies were detected. No localStorage or sessionStorage storage was detected during the audited public browsing either.
The bxsid cookie is not generated during ordinary browsing of the home page or the public pages. It is created when a feature that needs a session context is initialised. In the verification carried out, the contact form was the feature that set the cookie, to support the session and the CSRF protection mechanisms.
Current cookie inventory
Technical evidence verified on 28 September 2026 through a clean browsing session: no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies were detected. The only cookie identified is bxsid, first-party, session-based and strictly necessary, configured with the Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict attributes.

Consent
The bxsid cookie serves a strictly technical and security purpose linked to features requested by the user, and is exempt from the consent requirement under article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI). As long as Blindium keeps this model only and adds no optional technologies, the user is not shown any consent mechanism that would simulate non-existent options to accept, reject or configure unused categories.
Local storage and third-party technologies
During the audited browsing, no information stored in localStorage or sessionStorage was detected, nor any analytics or advertising identifiers in the browser. This conclusion reflects the deployment verified on the stated date and will be reviewed if new libraries, widgets, embedded videos, maps, chat, analytics, pixels, third-party captchas, remote fonts or other integrations are added.
If the user manually switches light or dark mode with the button in the header, that preference is stored in the browser's local storage (localStorage, key bx-theme). It is a personalisation expressly requested by the user: it is not created unless the mode is changed, it is not sent to the server and it does not identify the user.
Managing cookies in the browser
Users can view or delete cookies from their browser settings. Deleting or blocking a strictly necessary cookie may prevent the form, authentication or certain session-related security measures from working.
Future changes
Before enabling any technology that is not strictly necessary, BOMONTE TECNOLOGIAS, S.L. will update the inventory, review the applicable legal basis, amend this cookie policy and, where appropriate, implement a prior consent mechanism that makes refusing as easy as accepting.
